Here's the recipe.....
Ingredients:
1) Carrot 6 inches- 1
2) Apple 1 whole
3) Honey- 1-2 tsp
4) Lemon-1/2
Method:
1) Cut apple and carrot into pieces. (Peel off the skin)
2) Lemon ready to use.
3) Blend everything together, add in honey and serve with ice cube.
